Terms and Conditions for BoxSmith Steel Ltd

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by BoxSmith Steel Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of materials.
- Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
- Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
3. Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
4. Quality and Inspection
- You must inspect all goods upon delivery.
- Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, and specifications remain our intellectual property.
- You may not reproduce or share our materials without prior consent.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Orders may only be cancelled with our written consent.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms.
8. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
